Our story
Founded in 2020 as AlignMNH with a clear and actionable goal: to accelerate progress in improving maternal and newborn health and preventing stillbirths around the globe.
From the beginning, we focused on accelerating progress by rapidly sharing evidence and experiences, and by creating spaces for cross-country learning and moments of public accountability.
Since then, we’ve brought together more than
60,000 people across 100+ countries
to develop solutions to some of the most pressing challenges in maternal and newborn health. Over the past six years, we’ve helped build a movement.
But despite this progress, global gains in maternal and newborn health continue to stall. The ecosystem we work in remains fragmented and incredibly complex.
We have reached a critical moment. Now it is time to turn alignment into action.
Our community asked us to do more, and we listened. We’ve connected a global community,
